Cholelithiasis is one them, that produces generalized illness, necessitating surgical intervention for complete recovery. Aims: goal ofthis study was to compare the outcomes early (within week) and delayed (after six weeks) laparoscopiccholecystectomy acute cholecystitis.Patients Methods: This took place from November 2019 July 2021, at General Surgerydepartment, Beni-Suef University hospitals, with 54 cases diagnosed cholecystitis during studyperiod were included. Patient satisfaction significantly improved groupcompared late (p 0.001).Conclusion: found that laparoscopic cholecystectomy stage safe feasible therapeuticoption cholecystitis. It’s linked lower scores, shorter operative times, complication rates. It’snot statistically significant, but related higher patient satisfaction.
